For my birthday this weekend, I decided I wanted to try grilling a dry aged ribeye. So I went to the Homeland in Norman off Robinson and bought a 16 oz Cowboy cut steak. I just seasoned it with a little bit of pepper and garlic butter. That steak was one of the most tender steaks I have ever eaten! It was as tender as some beef tenderloins that I have cooked.

Oh, good Lord ... now I need a steak to go with my coffee ... You are right. That dry aged stuff is to die for!

Of course after that I will need a scotch and a cigar! :naughty:

Happy Birthday to YOU!!
