You are correct. Mother and father bought it as a Christmas present, an unsecured gun, kid took it to school and killed four kids. Mother was guilty and sentenced and now Dad. Kid even made statements that day and the school people and parents said he was "OK" and put him back in class with his backpack with the gun.
