I already posted earlier a response to him noting that Fallin is actually complying with the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruling since it is currently stayed pending rehearing.

But the politicians don't want you to know that.

Point of order: she is within her authority to allow it to remain; she is under no order to do so. She also has the authority to order it removed.

Let's not take "complying with" to mean "doing what she has to;" the stay serves her purpose, so she's enjoying it. Nothing more.
