If I remember right you had were supposed to surrender or destroy any magazines above 10 rounds.

Actually, I thought they were grandfathered in in the original legislation, although some counties did what you said..

There was a stay issued a couple years ago, after the "law" passed. The "law" has not been implemented, yet.

Now the question is, will Cali appeal to SCOTUS, and run the risk of blowing the magazine capacity laws out of the water country-wide ?

My bet is no.
