FIE Titan .380

I have just acquired an FIE Titan .380. (I know, junk!) but there appears to be a decock lever on the rear left side of the slide. But it doesn't seem to decock or really do anything. Any help on what to do, what this is or where to look for info. (I already received the advice to tape a twenty dollar bill to the thing & throw it in the river so that I could say I lost something.)

Thats the safety. they use a walther ppk style firing pin block safety.

Okay, but up just above the trigger on the frame is another lever with the "S & F" positions. Are there 2 safety selectors?

Apparently so, looking at a parts diagram from numrich.
