I know it wont happen but a lever action in a dangerous game caliber would he badass. The 1895 is a strong action.. I wonder if they could stretch it out a bit and if its strong enough to handle some of the calibers the No 1 is chambered in.
Heres to dreaming about a Ruger made 1895 in 458 Lott to match my beloved No. 1.
From all that I read, the 45/70 properly loaded with the right bullets, has been used to kill all the dangerous game species!

That's a 60,000 plus psi cartridge, they'd have to build a completely new action to handle that, like Montana Armory
The .500 Linebaugh is about a mid 30,000 cup pressure round, not nearly the pressure as a .500 Smith or .454 Casull. So they could probably make one in the Linebaugh round or the .480 Ruger.
