First time you fired a shot

Well when was the first time you fired a gun. For me it was an Iver Johnson 22 revolver. My grandpa took me down to the creek and let me shoot at old five gallon buckets. Must have been 1980 or so. I still have the Iver Johnson 22 in my safe.

I think I was 7 or 8. It was dads 10/22. That would have been 1973 ish

I was seven. My father took me to east side of the Arkansas river on 71st street in Tulsa. We shot his father's 22 Colt Woodsman pistol. That was in 1962. I still have the pistol.

It was late for me. 16... at summer camp with what I guess was a Ruger 22.

Other than air rifles, my first was a 10/22 I believe. We had 80 acres and plenty of places to shoot, back then. Man I miss that place.

It was much later for me, I think. Age about 24, a WW2 bring-back Walther P-38.

I was 22 or 23, bought a S&W Sigma at a gun show at the fairgrounds. My parents aren’t liberals, but they aren’t outdoorsy at all, and aren’t gun people, so had to get into shooting on my own. It turned out to be the most stovepiping and wildly inaccurate piece of junk I’ve ever seen or heard of to this day.

My first was a BB gun. It was kept at my grandparents farm. I was 5 or 6. I shot a lot of orb weavers and wood bees.

I shot a .22 Semi Auto that had a reciprocating slide. It blacked my eye.
