Walked over two miles yesterday, have lifted twice and walked twice this week and am under my calorie goal (1490) every day this week so far. Down 2 pounds from where I was before Thanksgiving.So, what's the progress so far???

I'd vote for just a thread on the forum with folks posting a weekly update of activity and/or progress. Daily might be too much, but I would try.
I get enough accountability from my wife who refuses to let me be a fat guy married to a hot chick, LOL, but I can use all the motivation available.
