All of these are possibilites. Milk protein allergy, milk sugar allergy, acid issues, other GI problems. You may want to have a basic allergy test done (just because they are easy and relatively inexpensive), and see an specialist just to make sure. I say this not to encourage any severe treatment or inspire large concerns, but quite the opposite. If properly diagnosed it could be as easy as simply avoiding the triggers.

My son had to avoid milk protein the two years of his life. It was hell at first. Once diagnosed and on soy, he was great. He's been weaned onto cow's milk now though.

I know another girl who had similar issues, way bad and a giant quality of life issue. Turns out to be a gluten allergy. Removed that, and she's doing great now.

Get off my lawn.
corn nuts give me horrible reflux. I literally belch stomach acid up. Love them, but avoid them.

Hot links are one of my favorite things, but I don't carry a purse so I can eat them without issue. Halapeenos too.

I think you might be right. Although, I don't get heartburn often, only when I drink milk. Maybe I should try different stuff.

Try taking prilosec otc for a week or two then revisit those foods. I used to have a bad problem with food upsetting my stomach. I had acid reflux, but it wasn't really heartburn just a sour stomach. sometimes when I would cough a lot I'd taste a little stomach acid and that burnt. but POTC is seems to keep me pretty level...

Luckily for her the recent "Gluten-free" craze has created an easier life for her...albeit annoying as heck for those of us who realize it's only useful to those who have the allergy.

I literally can't think of anything that hurts my stomach when ingested in reasonable quantities.

The other night I ate a giant quesadilla from a taco stand and felt like I just stuck the nozzle of one of these down my throat until it was empty:

But that was totally because that's an obscene amount of cheese for a 145 pound dude to wolf down. I don't blame the quesadilla.
