That's sexy. Please keep a Flatty. Every hot rod in the country runs an SBC. SBCs are great, they can be cool, but they don't belong in a 30's Ford. Neither does an OHV Ford.

My dad has a 1940 Ford pickup with a '49 flathead in it. One day it'll be mine and you can bet it will never see a SBC!
