Democrats or Republicans, there's no difference,,,
Both parties will send the nation down to Hell.

They're just fighting over the color of the hand-basket.

Well the color of the handbasket will be chosen by the President. The GOP is a leaderless bunch that really cant decide to do anything except do nothing and bicker amoungst themselves.

What the Repubs and the Dems are fighting over is vitally important to them, and what they are fighting over is the division of the country's wealth among themselves and their cronies. A politician has three goals: 1) Get elected by whatever means necessary. 2) Stay in office by whatever means necessary. 3) Steal as much of the public's money as possible and then some. And you had better believe that goal #3 is by far the most important to the thieves in Washington.

So increasing the rate of capturing depreciation on equipment is bad for the middle class? I guess it would be better for that business to cut other costs, like labor. You do realize that the faster equipment is depreciated, the faster it will be replaced with new equipment? This actually stimulates manufacturing.

You guys arguing this either have no idea what depreciation is and how it works or are liberals to the extreme.

It adds to the debt in the short term but stimulates the economy in the long run.
Its a stimulus program.
I get it.

Why would it add to debt? The same costs will be depreciated over time. To make a real change they should stop letting companies depreciate any costs. Hell, they should tax revenue instead of income.

Again you all don't understand basic accounting.
