You know why. This is part of the slow boil process being employed by Valerie Jarrett and her ilk to bring the USA “down a notch” in it’s socioeconomic status. Obama laid out the entire process in his book “dreams from my father”, anyone that wants to know the leftist plan for America should read it.

That refinery is still producing but at a lower volume.
There are two more refineries that will be going down for maint soon.
We are building no new refineries.
We are being pushed into EVs whether you like it or not, its going to happen and more than likely in your lifetime.

I’m suspect of any shortage. But higher prices for sure.
We shall see what comes to pass in the USA. We are still the most comfy nation in terms of living and from what Ive observed…. People dont pay attention to problems until its done kicked them in the teeth.
