These are incredibly easy to make...

Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs pounded to an even thickeness, marinated in a dry fajita rub then grilled

Serve on a Bolillo roll with Asadero cheese, red onions, tomatoes and gaucamole

That does look good. If anyone is ever down near SW 44th and Penn, stop at Tacos San Pedro and try their marinated pork torta. Their tacos (I get one fish, one chicken & one beef) are excellent as are their burritos. Some of the other dishes I've had there weren't spectacular but tortas, tacos & burritos are hard to beat!

J.P. you are fine at least you only sound hungry, once you reach delirium like ridgehunter then I will be worried. I prefer my sandwiches to be in blissful ignorance as opposed to the cognizant variety. lol

By the way Ridgehunter we all know Senor Cerdo (Mr. Pork) likes his Paula Dean on the Food Network followed closely by Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri
