I just lodge a 10# free weight in the front of my drawers and fling that thing like a discus when shady characters walk through the front door. When I was heavier, I could get away with the 25#’ers.
Dammed if I'll go to a gym to lose the fat ass I've earned over the years.

Most of you guys are crusty old farts, I know, but which do you think is best for the gym? I've only tried a belly band, and it works okay enough. Any of you got opinions on fanny packs?
