Last picture of the inscription on the plate, loaded .45 Colt, loaded 10mm, test guns and recovered bullets. The 10mm weight about 185 grains, the .45 Colt was 246 grains, and the .45 ACP I didn't bother to weigh since it smooshed out on the cardboard behind the plate. So far, the 45 was the only one to "fail" the penetration test, if you can call it that. I was going to shoot the .357, but the neighbor was playing rodeo and all I have are factory 158 gran hollowpoints. I'm not sure that would make the test "fair" to use hp, but then again, this isn't scientific by any means. It is fun to shoot stuff though.
