Mar 30, 2011 #4 If you're just changing the receiver extension plate then you don't really need an armorer's wrench. you just need the spanner wrench for the castle nut. I bought mine for like $4 from del-ton.

Kind of amazed it worked so easily. After putting the lower in my vice, 15 minutes max of tinkering, and I'm done.
