I went to the Tulsa home and garden show today to check out the shelter options. I came away with a deal on a slope front 6'x8'x6'2" concrete shelter with a decorative, stained and stamped concrete top for $2,200 delivered and installed.
Ok... we just watched it again, and it does indeed appear to be leather straps found in the small shed (pumphouse?) where they anchored themselves to pipes.Either leather or perhaps machinery belts?
