Messages sent to my legislators. "An override of the veto should be quite feasible if the support of legislators is genuine and not a ruse to garner NRA points. Please support the override effort in every possible way."
I sent emails as well yesterday. I think this would be such a great thing and hope it is over turned.
Last night on the OETA news they said they were having a hard time coming up with the votes for an overriding vote.

My senator, Jim Halligan, e-mailed back and said that he voted for it the first time. He didn't say whether he was planning on voting for the veto override, but I assumed so.
Sucks. Hopefully they will try again to Override the Veto or the House Bill without the Emergency Clause will be successful.

My state senator email me back and said she voted for it the first time around, and will do so the next time around too.
