Have you ever used these? I think everyone has. Thinking that they hold the bolt in place better.

I used them because they came with whatever I bought. I just put a dab of blue loctite (right or wrong) where the nut should end up, and regular washers.

“from 1990, long before science was totally coopted by politics” I think Darwin, Galileo and many others through history may disagree with that statement. Politics is always at play when people are involved.

yeah, well covid sent the 'science coopting" into overdrive by the left. Science is dead.
