I have made them on a grill and in my smoker. I still use a pizza stone to cook the pizza on. Pizza needs to cook at around 500 degrees.
A pizza oven can do anything conventional oven can, hot wings for example are great and a whole chicken in under 20 minuets.
The pizza looks amazing!! I can only eat gluten free so I will never be able to have thick crust again. Sucks big time. I’d rather have no legs than to have this disease.
