Too well done for my taste, but nice post Cy.


it actually came out medium rare, my camera batteries died, so I had to run for new batteries delaying picture by a few minutes. still pretty darn tasty!

that was 2 min on first side, 1 min flip side .. starting at 110f
best be ready to eat after plating up .. I may have to try 1 min per side to start more rare.

I would absolutely eat that. As long as there is some darker pink in there I'm good, just prefer the darker red that is closer to rare and understand that resting creates more cooking while you had to chase the batteries. :D
