it actually came out medium rare, my camera batteries died, so I had to run for new batteries delaying picture by a few minutes. still pretty darn tasty!
that was 2 min on first side, 1 min flip side .. starting at 110f
best be ready to eat after plating up .. I may have to try 1 min per side to start more rare.

I would absolutely eat that. Grandma served it burnt. I ate it and I loved it.
That's the way my wife likes them. She says the pink one taste better but she can't get past eating blood. I keep telling her there is not blood there but she doesn't believe me.
It aint blood and that steak isnt med rare CY, thats a medium steak. Id still enjoy it
