I got a mystery grip in a grab bag, who can tell me what it's for?

Pretty sure the bottom piece is a rail cover for a Tapco Mini-14 stock. Not sure about the grip.

Note the very similar piece. It slides on over the rail where the front grip currently is.

The grip appears to be one that Century used to install on some of their Yugoslavian AK's.
