Jiminy Cricket!!!!! ... Those pics made me jump back ... I really don't care too much for snakes ...
Have a buddy that found a snake in his garage, killed it with an ornamental sword is father-in-law gave him. He didn't stop swinging until he was sure. When I came over to his house the sword was in several pieces... I just prefer to use a shovel.
That was my "weapon" of choice!
I don't like snakes either but if I know they are not poisonous, I'll try to relocate them. They serve a purpose and most do a really good job of it. Poisonous ones die immediately.
I stepped on a 4 ft rattlesnake last weekend so I'm on a bit of an I hate snakes binge too. I think therehave to be boundaries regardless of whether or not it's venomous. Anything I find in my garage is going to get exterminated even if it's looking for other pests. The snakes can take care of the rats & mice outside I'll handle any that make it inside.
Well, you at least made Snake Steaks out of it right?

AMEN! To me, they're all poisonous!
Whenever I find one on my property they die. But no shovel for me the Mossberg 500 is my snake gun, that way I dont have to get close to it.
