I don't do it for a living, but if you just need someone to sniff test a proposal, I can take a look.

This has some good questions to ask. The more you know to tell the designer, the better the finished product will be.

Have you found anyone yet? My son, who lives near I-35 and NE 122nd street is a web developer and also knows something about e-commerce. If interested, send me a PM and I'll reply with his phone number. He also happens to be unemployed at the moment and would likely have the time. He knows something called PHP more so than Java, but I don't know much about any of that stuff.
