I need some new guttering

Prices could vary quite a bit on the gutters, even by the same contractor. You need to find a guy that does seamless gutters that has the trailer or van mounted sheet metal gutter forming machine. Prices will dependent on the gutter finish as well as the type and number of downspouts. Round downspouts generally will cost a lot more than the more standard "off the shelf" rectangle profile downspouts that have the more corrugated look.

If you are spending the money on new gutters I would only do this if your fascia boards are in great condition. If the fascia or eaves need work or patch and paint I would do those first and then the gutters.

There are 5" gutters and 6" gutters. There are 2x3 downspouts and 3x4 downspouts. When you get estimates, make sure you're talking apples to apples.

The house is new so the facia is good and thus the need for gutters.
