In search of. Hornady .308 A-Max 178gr

Well, I've looked and looked but can't seem to find any. I'm looking for a couple of boxes for sight in and hunting this season.

If you see any out there or know anybody selling any please PM me.

Need a great load for Elk season this year with proven 400-500 yard good groups. So if you have a recommendation of similar quality that may be easier to find that would be much appreciated..

Barnes vortex or federal premium with either a barnes tsx or ttsx if i was forced to shoot factory ammo. Academy h&h and bass pro have all had the vortex recently. Is go with the 168 or 180 gr myself. Good luck on your hunt ! Also check with gene sears in el reno here's a link

Looking at the Hornady Catalog and in .308 the 168 gr A-max is as heavy as they make , they do make a .308 that is 178 gr BTHP you may have better luck finding that bullet.
