RE: Farmers Insurance, I had them for 14 years with only one claim on hail damage on my roof. They paid well then. Then a couple of years ago I get my renewal notice and my premium went from $1,600 a year to $4,600 yes a $3,000 increase. I called my agent and ask why??? He said Farmers was trying to get rid of all customers that were not within a city limit. They succeeded with me. Went to State Farm and saved over $300 a year on the original price with the same coverage.
