I bought this a few weeks ago, curious if I'd like it. I'm not curious anymore. It's not for me. No complaints about the table, but I just didn't get anything out of it.

So, hopefully someone here will like it better. Picked up at Yukon.

did you try to hang upside down? have 2 and is used correctly do wonders.. BUT true not good for every back condition.

Yeah, I always thought my lower back would feel better stretched out on one of these. I can't tell it really did much for me, other than a big head rush from standing on my head.

If you feel like giving it another shot and want to hear the shpeel I give patients about them (I recommend them to patients all the time), shoot me a message. Most people use them incorrectly (in my opinion).

Just a little maybe 6" past level is all you need .. i do it a couple times in a week when my back is bothering me.. say for 30 min IF YOU CAN KEEEP THE DOG FROM LICKING YOUR FACE! then im good for a couple months till i need it again. older man i got my first one from who had had back problems for a long time taught me that! just past level a little is all you need.
