iPad Help needed.

My iPad needs a new charging port and battery. I‘ve been looking for a place to get the repairs I need. I’ve already looked into getting a new IPad, but the prices are much higher than the repairs. I’d like to wipe all information off of my iPad WITHOUT deleting the linked information on my phone at the same time.

How do I do this?

I would create a back up if you don't have one, so you can restore to that backup after you have the battery replaced.

Settings > tap your name > iCloud > iCloud Backup > Back Up Now

Let it back up, then,

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Erase All Content and Settings
