I had a buddy start in this position a couple of years ago. Like was mentioned was a dirty job but not too bad for the starting pay and job security. Within 6 months or so with some hard work he had already moved up to a better job. Great opportunity for some folks not scared to work and get dirty.
That aircraft paint stripper is no joke. I've been burned by some of it dumping out of a control I was carrying, luckily the control had been washed.
was it yellow... thats some very acidic stripper that can kill you if your body absorbs enough of it
