Just got my first 10-22!

Hard to believe it took me this long to get my first 10-22, but it was worth the wait! My uncle surprised me with this stainless International Edition yesterday as a birthday gift. I'm a big fan of the mannlicher stock. The pics don't do it justice, but you get the idea. Can't wait to put a few thousand rounds through it!

I think everyone should have a 10/22 and looks like you have a nice one.
Be sure to get you a mag loader and it will help you putting those few thousand rounds through it.

That's the best one to start with. I love that stock and I kick myself for not getting the gray/black laminated one that my local wally world had in back in the 90's.

huge improvement by a trigger job and/or trigger parts group upgrade.

just did a trigger job on mine... 8lbs to 2lb 8oz using stock parts
unbelievable difference ...

Big fan of the 10/22 and the international stocks. Getting a Mueller scope of the correct color soon.

Good stuff. Lately I am thinking I gotta get one of those (never owned a 10/22).

I like my Marlin 60 -- accurate, reliable -- but the Ruger's detachable mag feed would be so convenient & better for steel matches.
