Legalize Urban Chickens in OKC????

Ok I have been reserching rabbits and im all set to start working on breeding and such. I decided to do rabbits because i know chickens are noisy little blighters but good for eggs and meat. So you might be able to have chickens in the city now legal... Heres my question can you have goats in the city i live in norman and I was thinking goats might be good to have less mowing and they arnt that noisy and probly would be less pain then the dog... well in someplaces i know goats will eat almost anything right down to a tin can...... all in all I would love to be able to deversivfy my food so I dont have to pay out the rump for food.... lots of canned goods and home grown meat=cheap with all things considerd.... the loud dogs the nabors have can have a war with the chickens lol.

Goats are the ultimate SHTF animal, eat weeds and brush, milk em or grill it's all good, have 2 babies a year like clockwork.

Keep the grass trimmed too. No mowing.
