FINALLY got it. Sidenote- photobucket is the worst now. You may have to watch it twice because the stupid ad. I really wish I had the camera set to minute long videos instead of 15 second videos for this one particular video.
For whatever reason, I couldn't get either to work. Like I said in a previous post, I copied all my pictures on photobucket to my iPad, and I'll never use that site again.
They're video though. Not sure how to do video on here?

I clicked on the photo of the video and "followed link" on my phone and it worked. I've never logged into Photobucket on here so I would think it should work for you to....I'm assuming you can download videos from your computer like a picture...
