I don't know why y'all won't shop at Best Buy. Samsung fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Whirlpool washer and dryer, 5 year Geek Squad warranty, price match...

Wife was looking at the Samsung oven. Mom had decided she needed a new one.
Was about to make to make the purchase and one of the repair techs was nearby.

He told her the units rarely were reported for service, but they ones that were; parts were not available for months.

If it flooded the kitchen file a claim with your homeowners insurance. They'll go after Maytag and Lowes on your behalf. You may get a new kitchen floor too.

Probably could. Most offer free haul off of the old one but I bet I could keep it for you.

I never thought of that and truth be told some of the tile did look worse after the flood. Not much but I have seen that floor for 25 years and notice new cracks. If they still make the tile they could probably just replace the bad ones. We do not need a whole new floor.

We buy all of our appliances at Best Buy. Great prices (and matching). They also respond quickly when you have a service need. I have never had a problem returning a broken device when it was under warranty.
