This is pretty well known with certain Sig's Sig P320 failed "firing pin return spring" during steel match

I have doubts about the P320 design. I don’t think a fprs failure should be able to cause a discharge. Springs do fail and the design should have enough tolerance built in to account for this.

Click settings button and adjust playback speed down to 0.25 and check it out. It looks like the one that bends over to sweep the perps legs.
