...having a guy on top of me with both hands around my throat right after he tackled me and cracked my face on the concrete with 1 buddy kicking me in the ribs while another 4 stood by waiting to join in.

Umm...thats not something you can easily walk away from, like what Cue was referring to, LOL!

In situations like that, if you pull your gun, hope that any reasonable person would deem leathal force justified.

i hadnt heard that the shooter stood over the guy that had attacked him.

oh and about the rogers county DA, the son got arrested for DUI a couple years back,i used to change the oil on his landrover
