Dave said Corky handles the website, so he didn’t know what was going on with it. He did confirm that the rumor he’s retiring is in fact FALSE. He was in his shop making knives when I got there.

McCrosky Elk Skinner put deer #6 in the cooler without needing a resharpening. It even still shaves.
Since my last post in this thread, I’ve cleaned 4 more deer (10 total) with the elk skinner, and it’s still hair shaving sharp as well as cut my damn finger sharp.
I told Hunter966 this morning that if a person is interested in a serious skinning knife a McCroskey is hard to beat, and if you want one, Dave isn’t a spring chicken and won’t be around forever.
