A 4.0 is really impressive, I was on academic probation 3 times while attending college at OSU and really struggled with math in engineering and I managed to barely graduate but I did pretty well my senior year and wanted to go to graduate school and no one would take me. My confidence was higher since I started making A's and B's so I demanded to speak to the head of the MBA program at Central State University and he said there was no way I could get in even on probation but I wouldn't take NO for an answer. I was so persistent he finally lied about my GPA and got me in on probation and said if I make less than a 3.0 the first semester I was out forever. I made a 3.8 the first semester and went in and thanked him and we became good friends and he would call me and take me to lunch at Wendy's a few times. I graduated with a 3.6 overall GPA, but I never did make a perfect 4.0
