All public land is anterless only again this year
Here is a map of the public land around the lake. I walked some today for about a hour and it looked decent but didnt get to walk much of it. I have heard there is alot of hogs in this area but havent really got to hunt much this year so dont know for sure about how populated the hogs are around the lake

How does a WMA area work? Are you able to hunt in the green areas or are there only certain areas you can hunt in?
My lake house is less than 100 ft from the boundary of the national park but there's no way I would use a weapon in that area.
We use the house as a rental, so I don't get down there as often as I would like but I have seen a dead hog on the side of the road towards the south side of the lake.
