I was in Academy a few weeks ago and seen this rifle in 300 blackout. I looked it up online and noticed that they also make it in 7.62x39, which I already have ammo for, so that's what I ordered. I like how short, light weight, and compact it is. I cover a pretty good distance when I'm out hunting coyotes and hogs, so I figured this would be a good gun to carry for that. I normally take my CZ 308 or 30-06, but they are heavier and longer and I tend to baby those guns when I use them. lol. This gun has a synthetic stock, so I wont be worrying to much about it getting scratched up or banged around in the woods. Out of the 5 types of ammo I tested, the Hornady Black SST was easily the winner with about a 3/4" group. So far, I'm very pleased with this rifle.
