I am having trouble with my gas fireplace.
When I turn the gas on and flip the switch, it just sparks (clicks)
but doesn't ignite. I don't hear any gas coming out of the igniter
so I am guessing the gas line is clogged. Could this be the problem?
What is the best way to go about checking it or unclogging it?
Who would I call if I can't get it running?
Help!!!!, when it gets below 40 degrees my wife freaks out. lol

Does it have a pilot light that normally stays lit? If it does, it is possible the thermocouple has failed and is not letting the gas turn on. I have seen this happen on water heaters and some wall furnaces.

Not being a dick but this is why people should start up their heaters in September to test em.

I agree with you. We did start up our heater last month but
just tried to start the fireplace this morning and it wouldn't light.
Just weird. ONG will be out Monday to check it out for us.
