I wear an undershirt everyday but not a wife beater. I wear dri-fit type shirts. They prevent rubbing and keep me cool. Since I have to wear dress shirts at work, I am already accustomed to wearing an undershirt anyway.

Finally got to shoot with the grips installed. Felt really good. Only thing I noticed is the back strap had trouble laying flat but does not affect performance. Felt really good with good purchase on the grip.

Do you mean there is a crinkle in the grip tape? Thanks for the update

Not a crinkle but where the curve of the back strap is the sides of the tape tend to pull away from the body. Not a major thing. Mainly cosmetic.
