I wish this video had been available a year ago when I really started learning about ballistics in earnest, trying to learn enough to make a truly informed decision about what caliber and ammunition to carry. It took me dozens of hours of sifting through and reading blog posts, forum threads, gel test analyses, and formal research to learn the things this video lays out very well in 12 minutes. I guess that time wasn’t wasted though, because I learned a whole lot more in the process. I love the Lucky Gunner YouTube channel. As far as I know the host doesn’t have any professional firearms experience, but I think he always does a great job of focusing on utility and practicality. Doesn’t have any interest in what’s perceived as cool or jumping on the vogue bandwagon.

I've got the Sam7r loaded up too after reading the article on the guy from Texas taking care of business against the home invaders but I lean towards a little bigger pattern.
