This is the recommended route (in blue) if you are coming in from the south or north. From the south, take Highway 81 all the way through Enid until you reach Highway 45 just north of Memorial Park Cemetery. Highway 45 actually ends right there. Make a right turn (east) and go east four miles, then north a mile, then east three-quarters of a mile to the range on the north side of the road. The building and range are actually well hidden behind a growth of bamboo and you will be right on top of the drive before you see it. Last time I looked at Google Earth/Google Maps, the range did not appear - shot was taken before it was built. This route will keep you on the best roads available. In weather like we are having today, you do NOT want to try to go another mile north on Highway 81 then make a straight shot to the east ... at least not without 4-wheel drive! If you are coming from the north, watch for the sign for State Highway 45. It's gonna' show a right turn for Highway 45 because, like I said, Highway 45 ends right there ... it does not go east. You're gonna' turn left and follow the earlier directions. If you are coming from the east or west, via Highway 412, I recommend you just take Highway 81 all the way through Enid to the Highway 45 intersection. There are other ways to get there but, unless you're familiar with Enid ... kinda' hard to explain and I might get you lost! Hope this makes sense. Questions? ... fire away!
