I figure that's "special burl" exhibition grade stuff in the picture. You can go to Neal Bauder and get a grade A stock made, which starts at $4000. Upgrading to that kinda wood would likely double your price. Maybe more. Just for an idea I went to Richardson's Microfit stocks and priced their grade A fancy vs their Feathered Burl Exhibition grade, the exhibition grade is roughly 5x the price of the grade A.I read once that a stock size blank out of the wood can be worth $5000.
