Nylon 66 .22lr scope?

Any recommendations for a nice scope would be appreciated. I know little to nothing about optics so i thought I would get some advise here.

I am not interested in just a red dot but want something with magnification. The 'ol eyes don't see like they use to....

Specific models would be great. Best bang for the buck.

I would say a centerpoint 3-9x40 it has a semi mil dot reticle and comes with flip up covers and 22 dovetail mounts too.
