OK, here's something that may be worth while to someone here.

It's a beautiful Walnut stock. It was covered in black paint when I got it, I have removed most of the paint but there are still some remnants of it. It was also epoxy bedded but most of that has since fallen out or been removed. The barrel inlet was also drilled with holes then was filled back in and sanded at some point.

I don't know what it fits and the project I was going to do with it has long since evaporated so if anyone has a use for it let me know.

Looks like it may have the cut-out for the bolt release, ala '98 style. Maybe some of our folks who are better versed in such matters will chime in. I don't want to take it, then not be able to use it!
