Not sure I would call public remembrance of the death of 168 innocent children and adults a celebration. I do agree that there is a lot of celebration of some pretty trivial events nowdays.

I got there about 45min after it happened, I worked for the OCSO at the time. My wife is a nurse and worked at the University Trama Unit at the time. No, it is something that will never be forgotten.
