I don’t disagree but to give you what I believe is the answer, I think it was a federal crime when he was caught with the child porn. The molestation convictions were state charges. He was convicted for both.

He left the federal penitentiary in Tucson because he was in gen pop and apparently was repeated assisted.

Assisted or assaulted?
Most child molesters have their own section of a prison to protect them from other inmates which I think is wrong.
