Thanks Dave, 4473 says use of MJ would prohibit you from purchasing or receiving a firearm, but I wasn't sure about guns you owned before becoming a hopeless drug addict.

The instructions for Form 4473 actually do say possession is banned as well. I just trust statutes more than I trust interpretations and summaries.

The only reasons HI is a state, are cane sugar and military bases. Not much else "American" about it.
